"We actually had an incident happen to us. Our ceiling in the bathroom was leaking really bad. We went to the front desk and Supervisor Justin took good care of us went back to enjoying our vacation!"

"This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it...
