「This is a beautiful, new hotel near the University of Delaware. The bar area inside is welcoming and the outside is open and wonderful with fire tables for chilly days/nights. All of the staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to stay again.」

「I really like the location of this hotel. A couple of notes that if you do not like seafood then the smell from the restaurant will overwhelm you. As soon as you step in you can smell it. I was on the 5th floor and it was up there. The gym was equipped but the wipes were bone dry and after telling the front desk nothing was done to replace it. Rooms were clean but had to ask for more towels and coffee for a three day stay. Coffee in the lobby is really good. The front desk staff is also...
