"Good option for one night stop "

"Room and hotel were nice and clean. Pool was freezing- not even swimmable. Our room was missing a few things- no garbage can, no ice bucket, no tissues and coffee machine was filthy. Coffee at the breakfast was not hot but there were lots of choices for food. "

"1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)"

"Overall the stay was pretty good. I thought the firmness of the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were a bit too unsupportive. Understandably, the cost of the stay was increased due to the urban location, but there was little to no offset of amenities such as the breakfast for patrons. The staff were exceptionally cordial and congenial, from the desk staff to the housekeepers! One HUGE plus was the availability of the in-town shuttle!!!
