「Absolutely adorable cottages on the water, spotlessly clean, the pathways were raked every morning! Fantastic old-fashioned friendliness from the front desk service. Quiet sunrises from my little deck, moon rises from their beach area. It was fully booked yet we felt easily taken care of in our own spacious privacy. With a palpable sense of balance of well cared for nature and unpretentious people, Chincoteague and Assateague islands are a calming respite from the chaos ~ and the Key West...

「Great place, it’s a great experience we stayed in the Bungalows for first time, the little cabins had everything you need and the guy in the front desk was a very nice gentleman. We’ll definitely come back.」

「A nice little hotel. In a cute little town. It’s an old property, but it is very very clean. Do to the nature of the building you can hear everyone talking and walking. We were woken at 8:30 this morning by the room above us being vacuumed, which was very loud. Overall a nice stay!」

「The front desk staff were amazing! They had answers for all the questions we asked about the area. Stanley greeted us with a purr. He has to be the sweetest cat ever! Shower water was perfectly hot, bed was comfy. Easy drive to restaurants and sights in the area. We were there in the winter and plan on coming back in the spring.」

「This was an amazing condo with a beautiful view of the lighthouse and a heartwarming look at lots of ducks and geese as their feathers shimmered in the sunshine. This cozy condo had all the comforts and amenities that my husband and I needed for a weekend get-away....with a full kitchen and comfortable bed. A second bedroom had two twin beds for those that may be traveling with children. Very nicely decorated as well. We will be back!」

「Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. 」

「This was our loveliest stay in Chincoteague yet! Went with a bigger group this year and this property was perfect. Everything was super clean, decorated beautifully, etc...We had everything we needed. The renter was amazingly kind and communicative, even gave us an amazing tip for taking in the sunset. Will absolutely try to book again!」

「This house was advertised as being able to fit 8 people. All 3 bedrooms had very worn out mattresses. The sleeper sofa was missing springs. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor and an air mattress we purchased. There was not enough dinnerware and silverware for 8 people. The bar stool (for extra seating ) was so wobbly that no body dared to use it for fear of breaking. The deck would have been nice, if there was a dining table and four more chairs (there were 2 dining chairs...
