「Staff was nice and very helpful with getting a first floor room for a wheelchair user. The inside pool was nice, but loud. Outside pool was not open yet, but looks like a fun place for kids. A nice lobby, gift shop, arcade and food venues. Super nice Toon Room for kids to do crafts and guests to see a movie. The room was comfortable but only a one bean bag chair and no other chairs in the room. Could hear outside noise, but slept well. Nice concept overall. Even had characters during the morning...

「This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. I booked a villa as it was the cheapest option and we were thrilled with it! It was the perfect size for 3 people, had a full kitchen, and was quiet. I would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the outdoor pools and other outdoor amenities. Wonderful place for a family to stay with so many options to eat and play. 」

「The rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly and polite, always welcoming and very attentive . The housekeeping staff and the breakfast/cooking staff were a delight and very accommodating. Definitely going back!」
