"The house was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a generous size and the interior design was "upscale homey". We will definitely be visiting again. If I could make any recommendations: I am not sure if the facility has recycling available, but if they do, there are no clearly marked bins to separate materials from teh trash. And the pool table was a little unever and could be refelted. But overall experience was great. "

"The whole place felt frozen in time, clean, and definitely on a ‘50s kick. The bed was firm and comfortable, parking easy, grab and go breakfast options convenient (coffee, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt). The jazz playing in the main lounge areas was also cementing the vibe. Of note, the floors do creak and carry vibrations from neighbors, though expectations of this were set up front. "The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. A local coffee shop is within walking distance. There are also many wineries and breweries in the area. We did find that due to the time of year, many places either close early or...

"The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. "
