"My advice would be to request a room not near the main street. Everyone has a loud motor they need to sound like street racers from 1am - 3am (guessing closing of bars). The noise was terrible. "

"Better than expected for the money. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was not expansive but they had hot and cold options that were good and for the price of the room any breakfast is surprising."

"My favorite when we stay there when we ask if we could move to the pool view, the lady that work there she don’t ask for additional payment and very nice people from the front desk. And their cookies are so good! Only I noticed no microwave and their coffee is only one time I mean only good for one day even you stay for couple days. But over all it’s really nice and we will stay again. ❤️"

"We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. "Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. "
