Midland 3 Stars Hotels

"I’m not much of a hotelier, so maybe my expectations are high, these are a couple things that if I ran a hotel like this I would probably have. Microwave in room, kinda annoying having outside our room where I could hear the beeping. Jacuzzi in room, nice but it needed more ambiance. Shower was small. I need room. I thought I would be nice to have a small breakfast taken up to the room so we didn’t have to come down out of our comfortable setting. I also think a small vacuum should be in every...

"Improve: Ducts in the room needed cleaning. Maintenance man with no uniform or identification randomly shows up to our room asking if we needed a tub fixed. We did not. Need better disposal of breakfast dishes. Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond."
