"Cibolo Creek is a beautiful property and very relaxing. I did not read the reviews as it came highly recommended by a friend. Visitors should know that lunch and dinner are a plated fixed menu served at large communal tables. What is to be served is not posted in advance. The food is good, but not outstanding. I was surprised that dinner was $90 a person for meat, a small portion of vegetable, a plain salad, and dessert (one evening it was ice cream). Lunch was $40 per person. As the resort is...
