"I am impressed with the spaciousness of this hotel, including the lobby, sitting areas on each floor, dining/restaurant, my hotel room/bathroom, and the fun see-through elevators which are plentiful with nearly no wait time! I had a lovely view of the city from the 15th floor which I enjoyed day and night. Both coffee and tea (plus bottled water) are provided each day. "There's much to appreciate about the hotel. It's located in a walkable area with restaurants, shops, and train stations nearby; the staff are courteous and helpful; and the property is well-maintained. The hotel rooms aren't the most comfortable spaces, though. The walls are thin, making it easy for people's voices from the hallway or in adjacent rooms to bleed through, and the mattress is a bit hard. But the benefits outweigh these minor issues. Overall, this place offers plenty of conveniences...

"My fridge didn’t work but the staff were very helpful and it was fixed quickly. Only one negative of my stay. I wish I had check on the view when I first went to my room rather than unpacking first because I would have asked to be moved. When I did check the view directly outside my window was of a wall and awning covered in rubbish. I kept the curtains closed. "
