「Beautiful hotel, built in 1899 and maintained in excellent condition, near the water and just blocks away from Petoskey's shops and restaurants. We plan to stay here again the next time we travel to Petoskey.」

「I’ve driven by with my family hundreds of times and always wondered what it was like inside and got the opportunity to see during a short ski trip. The hotel is a 140 year old gem that has an extremely friendly staff. I’ll be back again for sure. 」

「Nice hotel. Very clean and modern. We stayed here for a ski trip and it was centrally located. It was disappointing that they did not have a free breakfast. For the price a minimal continental breakfast would have been nice. 」

「Property was in a good location . Walkable to the lake.Nice staff .Breakfast was good. Parking was a bit difficult, though there was space the spots are in an awkward position. Room was neat overall but there were many insects in the room especially behind the curtains.」
