"Hotel Rapids was a wonderful hotel to stay in! The staff was all super friendly and when we had to switch rooms because of a security issue they offered to help us out with moving our stuff to the new room. I love that they were so approachable about things and made sure the stay was as comfortable as it could be. "Property was very clean and convenient to riding trails. The check in process was seamless and front desk staff very friendly and accommodating!"

"It had a nice welcoming area with the fireplace, the pool looks filthy there was dirt on our sheets and on our blanket, the pool so they could only have so many people in and the same people are allowed in all night so no one else was basically allowed to use the pool or hot tub area, I repeatedly asked for an invoice to be emailed to me and I had to call three times to get it."
