"I really liked this hotel. Me & my boyfriend visited for a quick weekend getaway & it was very nice. The room was very spacious & clean. We did have an issue with our TV once we arrived but the staff was very efficient with fixing the issue as well as taking money off our first nights stay & providing breakfast vouchers which I thought was very nice. If I ever visit Hot Springs again, I will definitely stay here! "

"We could not fault this cabin. It was roomy, but yet cosy, and had a great porch and seating area outside under the trees. It's all very scenic with the meadows, a nearby pond and small wood, and the property is nice landscaped. A great find, and I hope we can return one day."

"My husband and I loved our stay at The Hotel Hot Springs. We found the location to be ideal and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The overall condition of the room was clean. There were a few critters (roaches) in the hallways on the ground floor and the floor our room was on (7th). This is somewhat expected being in a downtown area. Despite that, we very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay there again. "
