"The hotel was in a great location between ischia porta and ischia ponte. Close to so many bars, restaurants and shops. Reception staff we so lovely and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. The hotel is as it appears in photos - old fashioned in style throughout. The pool area was not the cleanest but fine. If you are ok with this then i would highly recommend and definitely value for money. Room was clean, beds comfortable, family room just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens."

"Older hotel situated in carefully tended gardens with spectacular views of the sea. Bathrooms are small but clean. The restaurant is open for breakfast buffet and dinner and the food and staff were great. Lots of local seafood. Excellent wine list with many Ischia wines. Situated out of Ischia Porto town so a car is advisable if you want to explore the island. "Owners were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast option was a wise choice. Our room had a fabulous large balcony with a view of the ocean. Warm pool and hottub were very welcome and hotel was steps away from the bus stop. Great end to our busy visit to Italy."

"My 5 and 9 years old girls loved it, the pool and the short walk to the bay with their thermal waters was the main attraction. We ate beautiful pizzas and salads at the snack bar, and the drinks were reasonably priced. But getting there and out with public transport was an odyssey, absolutely horrible, specially with the children. They do shutter buses from the hotel to Panza, where you can get the bus to other locations, but again, be mindful of the crows and the heat in the local buses!...

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. "Excellent rooms, service, and view! You cannot get a better view. That’s being said, be prepared for a little bit of a haul to get to Forio or Ischia Porte. The folks who own Costa are very nice and will do ANYTHING to make your stay great! Overall a great place if you don’t mind the small bit of travel. Also, great private swimming!"

"We found this hotel coincidentally via Expedia. We didn’t know what to expect as we didn’t know the island and the area as well as the facility. As soon as we arrived, we were blown away by the view from the room, the thermal swimming pool, and gift from the hotel for our anniversary, and all the more, the hospitality of the staff!!
