"The location was good. I wish they had a bowl of apples, complimentary or available to purchase newspaper, some spot to get a snack or snack machine, an umbrella to borrow and overall a more customer friendly orientation to what a traveler might need. They had coffee but no cream and a minimal lobby. Seems like they were not too customer oriented at the front desk. Liked having daily room service and when we asked for something (like an extra towel) they were quick."

"Location! Location! Location! SO many things within walking distance, especially if you’re interested in Times Square and Broadway shows. The staff is stellar: kind, courteous, and helpful, and the hotel is clean with a lot of character. "

"From check-in to check out the hotel, staff was amazing. The only thing that happened was housekeeping tried to come in the evening to clean our room but other than that, everything was amazing. So we had no clean room since they stop working at 5-5:30 being on the second floor I guess they start at the top and work their way down"
