"The location was convenient due to the reason for our stay. We felt safe. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time we came in contact with them. Our room was clean and the temperature that we set for the room was perfect without any issues. The parking was well lit as well. "

"Registration was not the best experience. The front desk woman was on a personal call when I arrived and was not happy she had to help me. The whole registration process was rushed and she kept telling me not to worry about that and to initial and sign. Afterwards I parked and returned with my family and dogs. "Staying there was like something out of a horror movie. We are quite used to low priced budget motels but nothing prepared us for the filth, disrepair, and BUGS. I went to dry my hands on a hand towel hanging on the wall, and there was a giant 2 inch roach on the wall behind it, scaring the crap out of me. We saw other giant roaches as well as many cockroaches, ants, spiders, various types of bugs. We were waiting for our property to close escrow and had paid for a block of time in advance...

The house was very clean, every room was stocked with the items needed and the availability to reach out if we had questions was helpful! "We loved the property! Was comfortable for us and both sets of grandparents. Everybody had enough space and 2.5 baths came in handy. The unit is in great shape and very convenient to the west side of San Antonio. Only concerns were the neighborhood gates seem to stay open 24/7 and the backyard neighbors stayed up talking till 3 AM on Friday night loud enough to feel like they were in the same room."
