"Excellent service! I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row. My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish."

"Great location, walkable distance to many famous landmarks: Taichung Train Station, Miyahara store, Taichung City Hall. It is close to lots of good eateries, restaurants, and milk tea stores. At the corner, there is a bakery that we highly recommend; it has excellent sandwiches and is always crowded. The reception staff is very helpful. "We booked a 12 night stay at this hotel over Christmas. Overall, the location is fantastic and the front desk staff are great. The staff tried its best to help me with any issues encountered. The biggest negative with the hotel is the cleanliness and lack of amenities. The hotel room carpets are stained and windows look dirty which lead to an overall impression that the room isn't clean. I also saw a very large dead cockroach stuck to the exterior walls of the elevator shaft which was a huge...
