"The peoperty located in a very good location, nearby the night market. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to your request. Even though, they may not be fluent in English but they are willing to help you with your request. Hotel has common space on the rooftop with complimentary soft drink, tea, coffee. They also have sink and bottle sterilize if you traveling with baby. "

"Right across from Tainan Station. Really good check-in and staff. Basic gym but good enough and laundry was free although really busy at night. Room was clean and two doubles was good for 4 pax. "

"The location is close to the train station. The hotel quality is worth the value. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ashley helped me booked the tour to Sun moon lake. They even called the tour guide to make sure I board the bus . About the Sun moon tour: 2000twd for one person and 2nd person free. Including everything: transportation, lunch, cable car, boat, bicycle. And a free temple visit. It was a fun whole day tour. I would feel bad if I don’t tip the guild twd200. Overall, a fun two day...

"The staff service was great. Everyone was very helpful. The room is large but the area to hang clothes is very poorly designed and really not useful at all. No nightlight in the room. Pillows are too thick for comfortable sleep. Dining was mediocre at best. Breakfast offers good coffee and yogurt but little else that's appetizing. Dinner was just okay."

"Located near pier, so you close to all the transportation and restaurants. Easy access to bike and walk trails."

"What an amazing place! The Laurel Villa was so convenient, and so beautiful and comfortable. We loved our room, and the breakfast was delicious. The bike tour with Wayne was the high light of our stay. It is obvious he loves Sun moon Lake, and all of the stories were so interestiing. We wished we had booked another nigh."

"Room is rather small for 4; not much extra space for luggage. Door is about 2-3 feet to the bed. Staffs were overall friendly and nice, but there is no hand soap in the bathroom. We were told to use the baby wash to wash our hands; which by the way is secured inside the shower stall and can’t be moved. The WiFi is super slow and can’t be used for work at all. This hotel is more suit for people traveling with friends and not for families with children."
