"Location was perfect for our trip. There is a $5 per day parking lot across the street if you don’t want to valet. Walking distance to Little Italy which was perfect for dinner. We could have absolutely walked to the Inner Harbor in better weather but instead chose a cheap and quick Uber ride to avoid the frigid temps. The included breakfast was great - pretty standard offerings but was freshly made and had not been sitting out and was not rubbery which happens at other hotels. Room was exactly...

"The maid from El Salvador was extremely helpful in dealing with a broken Keurig. I had my iced tea in a very short time because of her. Little things matter. The receptionist bothered to look up my account, and I realized that I was not getting points for my stays. Again, a bit extra on her part. Even if an employee was not interacting with me, they always smiled and acknowledged by presence in passing. As I said, it’s the small things that matter,"
