"Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. "Took my family for an overnight here. We got a poolside room and it was nice to have easy access to the pool area and tables outside of the fenced in pool area whoch makes it safer for little ones. The room didnt stink like chlorine like most poolside rooms do or get humid. Breakfast was a nice spread. Overall it was a pleasant experience. "

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here!
