"I thought was breakfast included but no"

"The bathroom is filthy. Shower wall has dirt in between the grout. There is wet pee behind the toilet, numerous rips on the Shower curtain. The soap that's supposed to be mounted on the wall, fell off and was just sitting on the sink. So many obvious things, I honestly didn't even bother to report it. That's just the bathroom. I'll never ever stay here again. Thank God it's just for one night. The hotel is old, but the lobby looks updated. I hate when they do that. Terrible...

"Check in is slow and understaffed. Dont use the sofa bed as an option for anyone to sleep on....cant expect a dog to sleep on it. Getting a blanket and pillow because there were none in closet was a project. Kids love it here but from a value and service perspective, not so much"

"The showers ( in the tub ) are 1980s style, push pull type. Difficult to operate. The controls are too sensitive. You either get frozen or scalded. Because of this so much water is wasted. They could save money from water bill s if they change the traps "

"The staff was a amazing I was on the second floor. it was a bit draft, as the floor was always cold. and the thermostat was not working correctly for the first three days. Overall though Great place"
