"Hotel was in a great location. Front desk was efficient & polite, they do not accommodate requests to upgrade (upon availability) unless we were willing to pay the difference. We decided to pass on a harbour view because we would be out most of the time. However, we did not realize we would have a room of the inner courtyard...and other rooms; this meant we could never have the curtains open in our room. Other rooms could easily see into our room...like we could see into theirs, and we saw...

"They have their own car park that if you're lucky so you can get before it is full. Otherwise they give you a discount coupon to park at a neighbouring lot. It looks like it's under construction or renovation so some parts of the building looked sketchy but even at night it's brightly lit up. "
