「Nice and clean 」

「My husband and I are in town to attend an event at the Colosseum. The hotel was easy to find, staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend friends to stay here.」

「The hotel is nice and the rooms were spacious. We definitely felt uneasy due to a staff going in the room while we were asleep without knocking. It scared my children and I a lot as we have never experienced that. I attempted to speak to the front desk about it but got a bad attitude right away. 」

「Nice Cabins for the price」

「The breakfast was lacking, had to ask for juice the two mornings I ate there, as their juice dispenser was not operating, the last morning I chose to eat somewhere else. Also, one evening while waiting in the lobby to be picked up I could smell something with a pungent odor and the individual behind the desk said it was worse in the offices. She came out from behind the desk to check some electrical items as she believed it was smoke. Sure enough about five minutes later she found greasy rags...
