"The Radisson RED has only been open for four months. Some of that newness shows in the staff. The frontline folks could use more customer service experience. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. The ground floor restaurant had excellent food. The bar however was quite under-provisioned, and couldn't make some pretty basic cocktails.
