"Nice place and clean"

"Building was pretty, room was more spacious than I anticipated. Checking in was a little strange as there didn't seem to be a conventional front office area. My room was in a separate building around a five minute drive away which was odd as well. Room was clean for the most part."

"It was great experience even though it was too cloudy so we didn’t see start sky or aurora lights. Stunning view of mountains and forest. Extraordinary architect style. They are like planet or spaceship! My son likes it immediately! The food in the restaurant was good. There are lots of activities to offer too! A few things for improvement: 1) the heater was too loud; 2) the sanitary countertop could be bigger; 3) the hair dryer could be nicer "

"This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve visited. The property owners have outfitted the rental with everything needed in a pinch! She has the fridge stocked with waters and small milk cartons. She has a pantry/coffee nook with coffee pods, creamer, sugars, cereals and instant oatmeals. I have never used a VRBO property that was so handsomely outfitted for the guests. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit the Fairbanks area. "

"I emailed concerning if there was a place to plug in my car bc the dates we traveled weather was -33. No one replied. We showed up to check in at 3:45 & was prompting told it was not ready and to come back - absolutely NO apology. We drove 12 hours btw to get there and we’re exhausted. Advertises FOUR car parking in driveway with street parking for our unit - note: it is NOT four car parking - I squeezed my car in; the other driver had to street park because the basement tenant was in the...

"Had to find another place to stay at 11pm because we arrived on a late flight (5 hours after check in time) and the apt. was still in the middle of being cleaned (beds unmade, laundry in the washer and on the floor, cleaning supplies in the bathroom, all the cabinets open, ect). There was no one there. It was like they just walked out in the middle. No response from the owner for almost 24 hours. We were given a refund. Not the best start to our vacation."

"I rented this property for my 16 year old granddaughter’s and my 76 year old mother’s birthday celebration. I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time not booking hotel rooms. This property and experience exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have family or friends coming to town, I hope this particular property is available. "
