"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "A lovely week in November. Property was quiet and the staff we engaged with were friendly and polite. You need a car really for this one. Only disappointment was no oven in the kitchen as we do self cater but we did manage ok with the hob & microwave. "

"A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"

"Great location. Room was really nice but the Air Con wasn’t very effective. Only a very short walk to the beach. Staff all very helpful and friendly. We were room only but bought food from the hotel facilities - mainly the Crispy Corner. Food was only OK. Shop was very convenient and overall the hotel had everything you could need for a good holiday. We enjoyed it and would most likely stay there again. "
