「Staff is always friendly and accommodating if there is ever anything I need attention to. The hotel is obviously an older hotel and that is part of it's charm and that is why having helpful staff is wonderful if things need attention. They take care of it and make sure you have a nice stay. Breakfast is good and different than most places that have hot breakfasts.」

「This place was absolutely amazing! We were transferring from a nearby hotel that we had an absolutely unsanitary and unsafe accomodations at. Not only did they allow us to check in slightly early in an emergency they also were able to provide rooms for the 4 families we were traveling with for a funeral! The rooms were clean, the property was beautiful, pool and spa was clean, breakfast amazing and hotel staff was caring and professional the entire time. This will be our family's forever hotel...

「The staff was friendly, helpful and expedient. The room was clean however there was duct tape on the floor, holding the carpet down and stains on the carpet. Hope to get that fixed soon. Otherwise my rating would’ve been five stars.」

「We always like Embassy Suites, and property was as expected. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was pretty quiet. Breakfast was OK, but manager's reception (aka happy hour) was not as good as other places. 」

「I was arraged in No.150 room which is next to a fountain in the garden. It was very beautiful in the early morning when the sun shined through the garden. Besides, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was close to the room and was very convenient to unload stuffs. I will defientely stay here again if I visit Tucson in the future. 」
