"This was a very pleasant stay, The hotel was lovely and quiet and although the swimming pool is on the small side, very clean and I was the only one swimming! Perfect before a long flight!"

"First time there..close to San Francisco Airport..food choices close. Clean, free breakfast in the morning. Free shuttle that runs on time,.however must check shuttle schedule. Not one that you can call."

"Everything was very nice but when I checked in the clerk did not inform me that I needed my room key card to exit the gated parking lot . So when I checked out and left my cards in the room I could not exit. Took about 15 minutes for me to get assistance and drive out of their lot."

"I've stayed at this Pali location multiple times from when it first opened to now. This time felt different. Can't really pinpoint it. Staff was super helpful with moving rooms because the TV was broken in the original room we were assigned to. Having the text to contact staff option is nice. Downside to this property is that the rooms get pretty warm and the temperature control only goes to 67 degrees which I understand why. So if you run warm, this might not be the place for you.
