"The Djorff is an amazing place, the building is a literal work of art. It over looks the Nile River and has amazing sunrise/sunsets. The crew that works there is fantastic and their attention to detail rivals any 5 star chain. Breakfast, which is included with your stay is amazing. It is served on a patio which is next to the pool. It really is a special place. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, this place is closer to a resort feel than hotel. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone staying in...

"In overall terms my stay at the Nefertiti Hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. On-site trip organiser and restaurant was an extra bonus. Great view of the Theban Hills from the roof-top. Cons: room was on fourth floor and no lift! Not ideal when you are nearly 70! Room was located next to the restaurant, so very noisy early morning and late nights. Facilities were basic but perfectly adequate."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little oasis on the west side. Close to all the sights on that side of the river but also close to the boats that can take you to the east side with all the other temples. The hotel was in good condition, we really enjoyed the courtyard! The food was good, breakfast was a buffet. The pool was great too, even if a little too chilly for me (we went in early March).
