"The property was nice, the front desk night lady wasn’t too friendly but the rest was nice. It was our first time staying at Hyatt House; for a family that owns a time share and stays typically on resorts I have to say the room was very accommodating for my large family! We enjoyed the stay. The breakfast could have tasted better. We mainly ate the bagels as the cooked food seemed rushed. Overall good experience though. I’d possibly stay again if I was vacationing in Philadelphia. "

"woman at the afternoon check in had a heavy accent and i had a little trouble understanding her. she also spoke somewhat softly. the room was clean. 3 problems with the room the sink was clogged the mini fridge had a loud hum so i unplugged it the heating unit didn't work"

"The only thing that I didnt like about our room was there was no microwave in there. After a long drive, and doing business from PA to NJ back to PA the last thing I wanted to do was wait for something to eat. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Its so close to alot of stores, restaurants (eat in and take out), activities. The room was clean but they did miss a few spots in the bathroom but no biggies. We had a balcony room and it was nice. I recommend this hotel. 🙂"

"Our room was very clean and spacious. The lobby looked great and breakfast each morning was delicious. We loved that there was a yogurt bar with different toppings. We didn't make it, but we were told there was an afternoon cocktail hour with snacks as well. On our first night, we were awakened by the fire alarm and smoke outside our door, there was a fire around the corner on our floor, but the fire department response was quick and we were back in in about an hour. "Nice quiet stay. Beautiful grounds surrounding the property. Room was a nice size. Service was excellent. They should allow you to tip at the little cafe/bar but they only allowed cash tips. I would have added photos but the "add a photo" on the Hotels app wasn't working yet again. "
