Downtown Albany 3 Stars Hotels

"The bar and dining area had the warmth of a food court. It was like walking up to the counter get your food and then go sit in a big open space. Not inviting or warm or engaging. And I hated that I had to go down stairs and pay for a cup of coffee in the morning, like going to Starbucks. Why not at leader courtesy tea and coffee set up in the lobby? The next time I came to Troy I stayed at the Best Western, just for the sake of knowing that I could get up and go down for a good cup of coffee. "

"The front desk staff was wonderful. Its a bit of a noisy area being right by the hospital but the bed was so comfortable i fell asleep quickly each night. The sports bar in location had a delicious shrimp dish and the server was wonderful. "
