"Self check in, despite having done it online, a little annoying. No contact with staff, no reception area to speak of. Rooms aren’t just small, they are tiny. Lighting options are poor. Centrally controlled Aircon blows onto the bed and resets to cold in the morning. On plus side, fabulous location, quiet rooms, bed comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Very clean, apart from marks on wall, to be expected, when the room is so small and nowhere to place luggage, or anything else. "

"Really close to Terminal 5. It is quite convenient they have a POD station! Staff is really kind and there's always someone to help you out!"

"The Ruby Zoe was SUCH a treasure of a stay. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. For being in the cheaper range of hotels, we were pleasantly surprised with how many amenities were available, how luxe it felt, and how wonderful the staff is. You’re a 20 minute tube ride from the core of London but Notting Hill was easily accessible. We loved our stay & will happily choose Ruby Zoe the next time we return to London! "

"Spotlessly clean but tiny room perfect for an overnight stay. Great bed, quiet room, great blackout curtains and mood lighting. The staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t do breakfast but it looked good. I will definitely return as it’s great value for money."
