"Staying there was like something out of a horror movie. We are quite used to low priced budget motels but nothing prepared us for the filth, disrepair, and BUGS. I went to dry my hands on a hand towel hanging on the wall, and there was a giant 2 inch roach on the wall behind it, scaring the crap out of me. We saw other giant roaches as well as many cockroaches, ants, spiders, various types of bugs. We were waiting for our property to close escrow and had paid for a block of time in advance...

"My wife and I rented this property because of its proximity to the Lakeland Airforce base, so we could attend our son’s BMT graduation. It turned out to be a great decision. The property was centrally located to the base, and places to eat, as well as shopping. It was clean, and extremely well equipped.
