"Our room never got cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and I know both of the first two mornings we would have liked it clean we didn’t leave the room until 11 or 1130 but we were on vacation and I felt that should have been accommodated. Obviously the third morning didn’t matter because we left. Our room was nice enough but it was very noisy with slamming doors and such. It was by the stairs though. "Great spot! Stayed here for a week and the staff and rooms were great. Loved the room and the bistro downstairs. There is some stores and food in walking distance of the hotel. I would recommended staying here if you want to save money and not be on beachfront property. "

"The hotel is in a great location if you are interested in shopping. Premium Outlet is three minutes away and the beach is five minutes away on foot. Depending on which room you're assigned to, your view could be different. I was assigned to a room where I could see dumpster from another building. This would be the only downside. "

"This place was beautiful! We enjoyed everything about the stayed! The staff (all of them from front desk to house keeping to chefs and servers) were very kind and polite! The room was spacious and clean! The breakfast was excellent and the complementary drinks and snacks in the evening were great! Heated pool and jacuzzi! It was all great! I will be staying again for sure! "

"Front desk personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Room was very clean . Bed was comfortable. Although breakfast was not free , it was great restaurant quality with a variety of food , fruits , and juices. We had chosen the breakfast option when booking , so didn't have to pay the standard breakfast price. Some other guests used the $25 daily food and beverage allowance to pay for their breakfast .
