"Pros: Spacious room, fridge, microwave. Complimentary drinks during happy hour in the evening. Good breakfast buffet with made to order omelet bar as well! Free parking garage. Cons: Staff not responsive (asked for clean sheets, towels and never received) Location is not close to downtown attractions. Luckily we were visiting the Titanic exhibition so it was not too far from the hotel. But all other activities were far. The temperature and flow of the water was poor. Took forever for the water...

"I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel room that was this large. We could have played basketball in there. We had a very nice stay. The location was super convenient to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no major issues with the room. The hotel looks as though it was recently remodled and rebranded as a budget hotel chain with an awful color scheme. The shower was especially nice for a budget hotel. I'd be happy to stay here again, with the caution that it is kept up...
