「A very convenient location and close to VISP station (Banhoff). It is a good hub for going to Zermatt and other sight seeing point. The hotel allow me an early checkin that is amazing in Europe. Thanks to that. The room is neat and tidy with a nice balcony. There is construction work nearby and the hotel provide 3M earplug for us that shows the empathy of the hotel.」

「我们3个家庭在酒店的顶层套房内度过了一个愉快的中国新年。酒店不大，位置很好，去雪场和超市都很方便。房间很温馨，一应俱全。唯一美中不足是房间的厨房设施有点老化，厨房空间有点局促。3个卧室只有两个卫生间。」

「Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais...

「櫃檯小姐態度平淡，對於飯店的設施少說明。房間光源很暗，空間可，浴室俱備L型的按摩浴缸，因我們使用三溫暖，所以未使用按摩浴缸。飯店的烤箱勉強可容納4個人，有點小，蒸氣室也只能容納兩個人，有其他人在使用時，很不方便！她有一個中等大小的室內游泳池，Wifi使用起來還算流暢。熱水壺需要的話可向櫃檯索取，有陽台面對山景」

「Grosses und schönes Appartment für bis zu 8 Personen war gross, sauber und zimlich zentral gelegen. Das Shuttle vom Hotel hat uns täglich bis zur Gondel und zurück gefahren. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. 」
