"This hotel is across the street from PPG arena. it's a 2 minute walk very good location for events. Hotel was clean, staff was attentive and personable. The rooms do not have updated tech stuff so you will need wall adapters. We had a very nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was well above average. There is a connected parking garage. We paid $30 for parking there. "

"Check in was a bit of a disaster, the front desk was supposed to call when our room was ready! 40 hours later we checked in with different staff at the front desk, a bit disappointed we did not receive a call earlier to check in!"

"I booked this room due to my father having a major surgery at UPMC Presbyterian. It is very close and convenient to the hospital. It was also a bonus that there was a restaurant and bar within the hotel. There were no free self park options at the hotel, but that was not unexpected for the location. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to cleanliness. In no way an I saying the hotel was dirty, but it was what I describe as "dingy". It could have been much cleaner. The floors were not...
