"Great breakfast--omelet station and the rest of the included breakfast was terrific. Parking was a bit pricey. Elevators were not reliable (2 of the 3 were down at various points) making the trek up and down the stairs to the top floor frustrating."

"The building inside was nice. Bar area was updated, dining area and front lobby area beautiful. Room was standard not great not poor. What really disappointed me was the parking arrangement. I was charged 15$ to park at the hotel. The garage was dirty, saw homeless people in and around. Outside of the building was in poor condition. "

"Stayed inCharleston to attend a concert. Country Inn and Suites was priced reasonably and the location was convenient. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy. The room was clean and well stocked. Major plus that they are pet friendly since we had a dog with us. The only thing I noticed that could use some updating was the carpets in some areas. Overall a nice stay and I would stay there again! "

"When we arrived late at night to check in, the front desk girl was super nice. She knew exactly who we were as my son checked in before us. The room was great, Inusually have a hard time sleeping. The beds were so soft. Slept fantastic. Nice water view too. We will choose this hotel from now when traveling through to Virginia Beach. "

"We arrived at the bed and breakfast at 7:00 pm after a very long day of travel and were told she had cancelled our room so at the very last minute we had to scramble and find something else ended up having to add anothe Mr 2 hours on to our already long day of travel. When will I be reimbursed for the room we never got ?"
