We were a late arrival & we appreciated the quick & smooth check-in. Also your agent called us while we were on our way driving there. So grateful for that so our reservation was held for us. "Room was comfortable but refrigerator did not work we hen we arrived because it was frozen up. When I called about it, they said nothing could be done until the next morning. They said we could put food in their fridge until it could be fixed but it was needed close at hand for feeding a baby. I had also brought breakfast foods with us which needed refrigeration. "The night clerk and breakfast staff were especially great, helpful. my only complaint is that this was Kentucky. I was looking forward to grits for breakfast as we don't get them here up north, but no grits. just the same scrambled eggs and sausage every day."
