"Loved it but couldn’t swim because all the times were booked kinda bummed out but the area is very good close to Eaton centre"

"Everyone was so friendly! Ash kindly checked me in early and my housekeeper Paulette was so sweet & kept my room in great shape. The food at the lounge downstairs was delicious and there were plenty of things to eat and do nearby since we were in the center ofnthe city. The only suggestion i have is fornthe hotel to get microwaves that guests can use. Itd be freat if they put one in thenice/vending machine rooms on every floor. "

"The front desk staff are friendly and overall fantastic. The hotel is in a good location, right beside Toronto City Hall. Our rooms rooms were a bit dark, with not enough lighting and bathtub was older. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable which made for an overall good experience."
