「Staff were pretty friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious, the whole property is very nice. It would be perfect, except for the “heated” pool. I made sure by email the importance of the heated pool, this was the main reason I chose this hotel. It was freezing cold and when I asked the front desk about it they said they wouldn’t be allowed to rise up the temperature. The pillows are awful and I am in pain. There’s no one that keeps the shape. There’s a Powerade bottle under the nightstand...

「Property overall was nice & spacious, we had two queen beds & a pull out sofa bed & the room was large with a nice bathroom. Was clean & staff was friendly. I wouldn’t book through Expedia as they charged almost $30 more than direct book at hotel-learned that at check in when they tried to double charge me accidentally. Lesson learned for future bookings. 」

「This place was a great surprise! It was the perfect location in Sebastian with restaurants and places to visit within walking distance along the waterfront, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. I guess I didn't realize how big it it was when I rented it, but it has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, one very modern and nicely appointed bath, full-size w/d, and a very large living area with a fully-equipped kitchen. 「Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again.」

「A very nice property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bedding, and lots of great televisions! Very modern kitchen with all the needed equipment. (could use a few more dinner plates and bowls.) Although we didn’t need them there were lots of extras like beach, chairs, beach, towels, cornhole, grill, etc.. There was a dog park literally out the back door, which was super convenient. We would rent again for sure. 」
