"A nice and well kept hotel in gold country!"

"the place has a feeling of relative newness which is nice. we were drawn to the high ratings but this would not be a top property in many other places. The rooms were very standard in arrangement and decor, the amenities slim in room (one small and lackluster pack of coffee for the little drip maker). When offered a second floor room we were told maybe the view is better and yes, fine view of the lower level lobby roof... Casino also benefit from the relative newness so overall it worked out,...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grass Valley Courtyard Suites. The property is only two blocks from Main St., but it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the private patio, where we had our morning coffee. For breakfast, we had the option of made-to-order omelettes and waffles, as well as fresh fruit, a variety of cereals and baked items, and juices. The pool and sauna were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful....
