"The room and view are nice. Unfortunately, they tiled in the hot tub they had previously & that was a big disappointment. :( Construction is going on to rebuild the balcony and it gets pretty loud. "I had a wonderful overnight in Wilmington and am happy I chose Dreamers. The quaint little town was walkable, and I loved being surrounded by the staely homes. The owenrs were very kind and accomodating. Breakfast was outstanding and they gave me a parking pass so that I was able to park right in front of the gorgeous building. And the bed- wow! I slept great and will def be back. "

"Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "
