"I stayed here because it's across the street from TCH Las Colinas poker room. My 1-BR suite was spacious and in good condition. The free breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff was reasonably friendly. Two negatives: 1. The Wi-Fi was useless, so plan on using data for any Internet access. 2. The first night when I tried to order food from the bar menu, the server looked at me like I had three heads. It turns out that they don't serve food during the month of January(!?!?). Of...

"Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Staff was nice and friendly. The TV in our room, did not work, not sure if that was the case for all the TV's, but we couldn't use ours. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. We did not spend much time in our room, as we were there for business purposes. My only complaint would be the TV not working, but that could easily be resolved, but again we were there for only 2 nights so it was not a huge priority for us. "

"We had a blast, only complaint I have is my AC in my room didn’t work well & it was kinda hot at night and the walk from the parking lot to your room is pretty brutal so be ready lol! The elevators are always pretty full so taking the stairs was the easy route lol. But overall we had the best time! Great place to bring your kids, like the lady told me while checking in, it’s a resort for kids! "
