「The staff was professional courteous」

「The door to the bathroom/shower was coming off the hinges, or maybe the hinges were coming out of the door frame. It wasn’t a problem since I was alone but you should fix this. Room 312. 」

「Love staying at this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, black out blinds. Great breakfast! Only thing is...should only allow pets on certain floors. Did not appreciate the rude pet owner allowing their dog to bark at night or in the morning. Also poses an allery issue. If my son had traveled with us, would have been a problem. In the future when booking, i will ask for a pet free room/ floor accommodation. Love dogs, but not rude pet owners.」

「The hotel staff are very nice, answering our questions with a smile, the room is spacious and clean, the oversized bathroom eliminates fatigue, the breakfast is very good, and I especially like the extremely convenient parking」

「Stayed for the St.Patrick’s Day parade. Everything was walkable. Parking was expensive but so worth the valet. We parked and didn’t move the whole weekend. Evening drink/ snack service was nice but the snacks were gone within 30 minutes. Room was huge! Would stay again.」
