"All staff were very friendly…employee Said at the desk was smiley and inviting. The breakfast was wonderful….every hot dish full of flavor, good coffee. Waiter Alberto at breakfast was kind in helping me with my Spanish and selections. Refillable sizeable glass water bottle in the room…Garafone on the main floor to refill…Loved the bathroom in room, the sizeable desk and a window you could open for outside air…..i left feeling id made friends."

"We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro."
