「Checked in and noticed the TV didn’t work.. the staff hooked me up with best room with two floors, two bathrooms and three TVs!! Nice work!! Seems like there is some renovations outside with dumpsters and old hotel things everywhere except the dumpsters. Other than that, a great experience and stay!」

「Overall the property was nice and the staff was friendly. There was a pile of someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor that was kind of gross but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the accommodations especially considering the other hotels in the area. I will definitely stay here again.」

「We have ridden our bicycles down the Asbury boardwalk for years, and have always wanted to stay at the Berkeley. Its location and architecture are iconic, as is its history! So We stayed there many nights recently, knowing it’s off season. Of course the pool was closed, as was the restaurant. At least the sports bar was (sometimes) open and usually jumping. The staff was excellent, very helpful in many ways. Our room was worth the amazing views up and down the shore! Walking around the boardwalk...
