Woodcliff Lake 2 Stars Hotels

"My family stayed here to visit the water park across the street. This is not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. There was a fair amount of road noise that we could hear through the windows, but the room was otherwise in good shape. We also saw a number of other rooms undergoing renovations while we were there. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall across the street, which was very convenient. Breakfast was included and had decent options. "

"The shower bottom was brown and not like unclean but like rusty and old. I was only there for 1 night so I just didn't use it. I could have used better pillows and 1 more. But overall the room wasn't too bad. "

The big challenge was maintenance, toilet seat would not stay up in bathroom, refrigerator was leaking water on food because ice was melting from freezer above, and bathroom door would not close completely, The faucet in the bathroom outside of workout area was not secured tightly to the vanity. "
