"EASE OF CHECK IN ROOMS NEED JUPDATING ALL AROUND"

"The hotel needs an interior upgrade. The PTAC unit in our room rattled all night. The bed platforms were old and need replacement. The breakfast would good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was notably friendly, which made us feel welcome. The hot tub was quite warm, and the pool's temperature was just right for relaxation. We appreciated the included breakfast, which offered a good start to our days. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable during our visit. It could be even better if there were additional breakfast options to cater to different dietary preferences, such as gluten-free or plant-based options. "

"It was an easy drive to the Casino!"

"The room was great. The only major complaint I had was my daughter was getting out of the pool and slipped and cut her knee really bad on the ladder. It was missing a step and where the screw hole went was super sharp. We went to desk and asked for a bandaid cause her knee was bleeding and of course they didnt have a first aid kit. and didnt even ask if she was ok. When I went in the morning to ask if they had fixed the problem the lady didnt know anything about it. "
