"Awesome place. The new rooms they built were beautifully designed and super comfortable. The restaurant is fantastic with very warm service. They were able to accommodate a large famijy gathering for breakfast in the garden with an hours notice. Super helpful "

"They care about their property and were working on maintenance. Parking is ample but everyone must be extra careful driving in and especially getting out. The location was central to great beaches, Southampton, great restaurants and shopping. "

"Super clean and comfortable. Close to the local beach and food shopping. They have a fridge and a good coffee maker and a tv with seemingly ALL streaming services! A microwave would have been great to make popcorn but not a deal breaker. We slept great. "
