"Nice property, great location. Easy to get downtown and to the beaches if Mt Pleasant. Great pool, but it wasn’t open! That was a main reason for picking this property. It’s 25 degrees most days, fair to expect it to be open so that was really disappointing. When you advertise a hotel with a pool you should clearly state if it’s not open. That was a dealbreaker for us. "

"The dock was a lovely backdrop to the Inn. While it’s an older motel, it doesn’t feel like it with some of the updates done to the place. I will say the breakfast had very little options or variety, but I’m not here for the breakfast in the city of Charleston and you can’t complain too much since it’s complimentary. Rooms were adequate and beds were one of the updates, they were quite cozy for a motel. Bathrooms were clean but on the smaller side. Staff was always friendly and helpful when we...

"Very clean rooms, decent breakfast, clean gym. The outdoor pool was dirty. When asked we were told that no one is there to clean it over the weekend, just during the week. There was no iron or blowdryer in the room. We could not connect our Mac to the free wifi and front desk gave us a number to call but no one answered."
